hellos everyone.. joanna is here.. finally her first post for gen14... nothing much to say. just that. cell is not just about having fun and all.. not just about our "fellowships" but its really about God.. let us ask ourselves, how often do we really remember that God is everywhere, around us, remember that he is the most important guest..
there are may ways to draw closer to God. praying, worshipping, serving. but....... drawing closer to God, wanting to know more about him is as easy as asking! WE LOST VISION. cell is not just a weekend thing, a gathering. its where we learn and grow.. we dont just want to be big, have fun.. yet not strong in the lord.. we dont want to be a social cub, to come and have fun only.. we can have fun, but that's not our priorty..
How hungry we are determines how much God can fill? With God, there's no past tense.. with God, there's only present tense.. All u need is there.. let us go into our secret place.. dwell in God.. let us all carry the presence of God everywhere we go..
are u all hungry people? hungry for the lord? come to that point of desperation, where you just want God and nothing else? do u seek his hands? seek his blessings yet not him? seek the good things u can have from God.. yet not God. im not sayiing its not right to ask from God.. just, which do u desire more? God is a giving father.. he loves to give good things, good gifts to his children..
imagine with me, if you are a parent. you went overseas for a business trip leaving home.. when u return home, all you want is to hug your kids.. but, when you return, your child runs to you, stops infornt of you and ask you for their present? when all you want to do is to hold them iin your embrace? lols.. enough of all theses things..
