Helluuu! :D Im going to post about today's 3rd service in cas some of you all missed it out.
Today's sermon is Thanksgiving.
1 Timothy 2 4 kinds of prayer: Supplication (mercy) intercession (to stand in the gap) thanksgiving * giving petitions
1 Thessalonians 5:18 God's will to give thanks!
Ephesians 5:18-20 be filled with the Holy Spirit
Psalms 100:4-5 talks about Thanksgiving and praise
3 reasons to be thanksful! (it doesnt change) God is good! His mercy is everlasting Truth to all generations!
What does thanksgiving do? 1. It provides excess to presence of God (Rejoice in all circumstances!) 2. Unlocks the supernatural power of God John 6:23 & John11 3. Purify from a complaining &murmuring spirit

Though today's service doesnt have an altar call, I think it meant alot and did a great impact didnt it? I mean to think about it, if Paul could give thanks even when he is locked up in the dungeon where it stinks, why couldnt we? You might think like,' No God! you dont understand all those problems that I face' He understands! I mean, would you rather keep complaining about it or give thanks to God that it happened? Its hard yes, but do you know that when you complain, it plants a sort of bitterness in your heart? Hmmm, i dont really know how to phrase what i want to say but i hope you got my point. xD
Anyway, Thank you Father for my parents even though sometimes they dont understand me, Thank you Father for my brother though somtimes he's really irritating, Thank you Father for my classmates though they are not united and are childish at times, Thank you Father for blessing me with such great cell members, Thank you Father for giving me a chance for sheparding Serene &Zx! :D Thank you Father for the friends around me like Kaiying! that she's so caring. Thank you Father for succha great cell leader Jiancong! Thank you Father for my results even though it's bad because it gives me another chance to work even better! Thank you Father for all my CCA juniors! Thank you Father for every breathe that I take, Thank you Father for technology, Thank you Father for my phone, Thank you Father for all the wonderful scenery you have made, Thank you Father for all the food, Thank you Father for bubbletea! Thank you Father for the creation of CHICKEN WINGS! Thank you Father for your wisdom and knowledge, Thank you Father for you grace and mercy, Thank you Father that we may worship you openly, Thank you Father for candies and chocolates, Thank you Father for making us who we are, Thank you Father for being succha loving Father, Thank you Father for loving us first, Thank you Father for dying on the cross for us, Thank you Father for being a God of promises, Thank you Father for being our Saviour, Thank you Father for our church, Thank you Father for our health, Thank you Father for putting us in Singapore, Thank you Father for putting us in this church, Thank you Father for putting us in Gen1.4, Thank you Father for your perfect plan for us, Thank you Father for all that you have done, Thank you Father for coming in our lifes, Thank you Father for my FG,
etc etc! There's just soo many things to thank God for man! Amen? I'll just stop here. :) Let's learn, to give thanks to God, even in our darkest hour. I bet we'll start seeing lifes change, in a matter of time. Heee, okay. Im done here.
